World State of Quality - 2017 results

The World State of Quality (WSQ) project aims to assess the different countries performance in terms of Quality.
The WSQ collects several indicators that are grouped according to some of the most relevant dimensions related to Quality in order to get a final score.
The 2017 edition analyzes 110 countries and it is the first attempt to measure, rank and compare Quality worldwide.
This is an important input for several institutions, such as national governments or international organizations due to the easy identification of strengths and improvement areas of each country according to a final score that depends on the ranking position of each country for each indicator, which represents a pioneering way to measure Quality.
The 2017 report is available at http://wsq.dps.uminho.pt/
Paulo Sampaio and Catarina Cubo, from the Research Group on Quality and Organizational Excellence (RG-QOE), are members of the research team of this innovative project.
