Paulo Sampaio, Coordinator of the Research Group on Quality and Organizational Excellence (RG-QOE), attended an European Project meeting related to the Erasmus + Smart-QUAL project, last October 15, that took place at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, Barcelona.
This project intends to support higher education institutions to implement effective internal quality management systems using relevant quality indicators. The first results of the project were discussed in this meeting, namely the dahboard for higher education institutions management.
