André M. Carvalho, Assistant Professor at the Universidade Lusófona (Lisbon) and Research Affiliate of the Research Group on Quality and Organizational Excellence (RG-QOE), has been awarded with the 2020 Ricardo Dell’Anna Doctoral Dissertation Prize.
This prize is promoted by the International Academy for Quality (IAQ) and recognizes the best Doctoral Thesis on Quality. André will have the opportunity to present his research at the IAQ conference this year.
The doctoral thesis of André, entitled “Operational Excellence, Culture and Agility: key concepts to manage Technical Industries", was supervised by Professor Paulo Sampaio (University of Minho, Portugal) and Professor Eric Rebentisch (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA).
