The second edition of the Summer School on Quality and Organizational Excellence took place at the University of Minho between July 15 and July 20.
This edition was focused on Lean Six Sigma improvement projects. Lance Coleman and Liz Keim were theinvited speakers.
A Lean Six Sigma workshop promoted by ESTIEM with a simulation of a real life project was also carried out during the Summer School.
The participants had also the opportunity to visit the plant of Borgwarner Viana and IKEA Paços.
The Summer School ended with a visit to Symington Cockburn’s cellars.
This event was a great opportunity of learning, knowledge sharing, networking and team work!
